Ramsay works to create sustainable projects and ventures that provide healthy places to work, live and improve quality of life. As a partner at HighGround Hospitality, he is focused on forming and driving successful hospitality projects.

Ramsay spent 14 years founding the Colliers International office in Bentonville, Arkansas where he served as Principal and Executive Broker focusing on commercial and investment real estate, distressed properties, land, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial buildings, apartments, senior living, consulting, development, and project management. Prior to Colliers, he spent 20+ years in the commercial real estate business in Little Rock, AR.

Ramsay received his Bachelors of Science in Marketing from the University of Arkansas and his Masters in Business Administration specializing in Finance from Louisiana Tech University. Ramsay is also a partner in Savant Development and Cignus Real Estate (Principal Broker) commercial real estate development and brokerage companies in Bentonville.

Christian is the founder of Clockwork Architecture + Design, a team of architects, designers, brand strategists and trusted advisors that have delivered value on over $5B in commercial real estate with a specialization in outdoor recreation sites, solutions and developments.

Christian is an original thinker, unbound by traditional thinking and architecture paradigms.

His passion for building communities extends beyond real estate and includes Operation Breakthrough, Halo Foundation, the National Christian Foundation Moody Center, and serves on the board of directors for the Entrepreneur’s Organization and Lead Bank. His studies include Penn State in Rome, Harvard Business School and holds an Architecture degree from Kansas State University.

Dave has over 30 years of experience in the development, design, construction and management of over 200 large hotel, convention center, resort and mixed-use projects across the country totaling over $3 Billion in development costs.

He brings significant experience in the development of large projects with complicated entitlements and incentives. He has held senior level positions with such companies as John Q Hammons Hotels and Resorts, Bass Pro Shops, True North Hotel Group and Leisure Hotels and Resorts.

Dave has a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Central Missouri. He has been active in several professional organizations including ULI, IFMA, and ICSC.

Miikayla holds a Masters in Finance from the University of Arkansas and specializes in financial analysis and business case development. She brings a talent for operational execution with a signature, personal touch.

She plays a critical role in investor coordination and general business operations for HighGround. Mikayla keeps the team focused and moves us forward. She is also an Associate at Cignus Real Estate..

Khandice specializes in real estate brokerage, research and operations, leveraging her background in communications and property management to manage and organize projects. Khandice has managed over 600 residential doors in Northwest Arkansas and is a licensed real estate agent.

She graduated University of Arkansas in 2013 with a BA in Communications. Khandice spent five years in media sales before pausing her professional career to travel the country with her husband and dog #vanlife. She returned to Northwest Arkansas and jumped right into Real Estate. She has a deep experience in sales, project management, research and administration.
